Founded in 1985 & part of the iconic Antwerp Six - graduates of Antwerp's Royal Academy of Fine arts in the 1980’s who defined a new wave of European fashion - Ann Demeulemeester's Victorian-inspired vision has been at the forefront of avant-garde clothing for over 30 years. In 2013 Ann D announced her departure from the industry, passing the torch to Sebastien Meunier, & now Ludovic de Saint Sernin. 

Born in Brussels & raised in Paris, Ludovic de Saint Sernin graduated from l’ESAA Duperré & worked for prominent French houses before launching his eponymous label in 2017, immediately gaining accolades for his sensual & individuality-driven take on fashion. Authorship & autobiography gain centrality, as Ludovic de Saint Sernin shapes the Ann Demeulemeester traits around his vision, proclivities & individuality, offering a first-person reading & the connection with today’s audience that comes from that.
