Born in West England, and a graduate of Central Saint Martins. Barret was recruited by Florentine based Gucci, where he was appointed Senior Menswear Designer. After five years with Gucci, Barret approached Prada CEO Patrizio Bertelli and began the enormously influential Prada Menswear. Now commanding his own namesake line, Neil Barret has gained acclaim through his minimal design and effortless wearability.
