Return policy applies to online only. Please contact the store directly for return policies in-store.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you can request a return here.
A return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. After a return is requested, the return must be back to us within 10 days.
All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back.
Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Limited releases (Adidas & Nike designer collaborations) are considered final sale and will NOT be eligible for return.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all H.LORENZO and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. For full priced items a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. Sale items are returnable for an online credit. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the HLORENZO warehouse to process the return. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
The order number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns should be shipped with a traceable carrier as we are not responsible for return shipping, delayed or lost packages.
Any returns received without an order number, that do not comply with the above, or that for any other reason HLORENZO deems unacceptable may be denied at the discretion of H.Lorenzo.
