Toogood draws from their ever-eclectic background and influences for their AW18 offering. Spearheaded by sisters Faye and Erica Toogood, the label continues to maintain its distinct positioning in the fashion sphere by applying an interdisciplinary approach to fashion design, integrating product design, painting, and architectural techniques to a canvas of traditional countryside workwear. The resulting clothing is tangibly organic and thoughtfully sculpted. This season’s collection takes cues from the environment, the weather, and the landscape. Layers of terrain parallel mixed fabrics—felts, waxed cottons, ceramic buttons, boiled wools—as well as distinct shapes—oversized cuts, deep scooping hems, geometric appliqués, and dramatic tapers. Above all, the thread of sustainability ties the collection together, with every garment designed to be worn until threadbare, evolving over time with the wearer.
RICHARD QUINN
Richard Quinn showcases printed bodysuits, gloved tops, an abundance of florals, and plisséd dresses as part of his AW18 offering. The first-ever recipient of Her Majesty's British Design Award, Quinn's runway presentation was attended and praised by the Queen of England. With no lack of bright colors and botanical influences, this rising designer demonstrates his mastery of color and pattern combinations, assisted by a collaboration with legendary English print maker, Liberty London.

Raf Simons touches on the timeless themes of youth and drug culture for his AW18 collection. A juxtaposition of chunky knits and oversized graphics creates a dynamic balance that can be found throughout Simons' design history. This collection is the designer's third and final runway presentation to be hosted at New York Fashion Week.
